I.PH Users EyeBallnanza Update!

I was seriously afraid that the EB wouldn't push through, what with some last minute cancellations from some of the confirmed participants and the fact that I was fighting off a throat infection that day which incidentally has me confined to a bed with a high fever and severe body pain up until now. Somehow, with the help of some medication and sheer stuborness, I was able to bring to myself to Congo Grill at exactly 8:00PM last Saturday. After sitting there alone for a grueling 30 minutes thinking that the EB was a complete bust and that I was a total failure and that maybe I really should just go see a doctor, the people started to arrive. And although the attendance was not as big as expected,as promised, we definitely rocked it! Now allow me to slip into a drug induced slumber and just check out the photos:

Sad that I missed this. Well, hopefully, there will be a next time. Hope the kids are not with me though, when that happens. Otherwise, won’t be able to go as well. Nonetheless, great job big guy!

what a coincidence — i had some throat trouble too (with fever) days before the EB. ah well… @ least you guys had fun. how about next tym, beach naman :)

Congo Grill sucks! I heard from my friend that the current owner scammed his original partners. Forcing them out and keeping the business all to himself. What kind of person does this ? Greedy indeed ! Boycott Congo Grill !

Who I am

 

Hi. I'm Adam Mordo, the Human Walrus. As such, I have a natural affinity for water. Needless to say, I love the ocean and I'm crazy about the beach! Just give me sand, surf and beautiful weather and I'm happy as a clam. I'm a frustrated writer, an amateur photographer, a wannabe surfer and washed up fencer. I'm a hard worker (at least my boss thinks so) a good friend (as my friends would say...well I made them say that but...) and a business mogul in training (mwehehehe). I believe that normalcy is boring but I accept that it is a neccesary evil. I believe that friendship is stronger than distance, that fact is stranger than fiction and that imagination is more powerful than knowledge. I believe that happiness is, more than anything else, a choice. And as cheesy as it may sound, I still believe that love conquers all.
